HOW IT WORKS

Step 1     Select a course you would like to review

Step 2     Print and fill out the order form

Step 3     Fax or mail the order form with payment ( note specialty )

Step 4     Your course will arrive by e-mail (read on computer or print out)

Step 5     Complete test and mail or fax it to us.

Step 6     You will receive a copy, by fax or mail, of the certificate sent
               to the recredentialing body of your specialty
